The Kakani Remote Health Camp was held successfully from 2nd to 4th September 2024, helping over 550 patients. The health camp’s goal was to provide easy access to healthcare for people in the Kakani area who have limited services.

  • 4. Offer maternal and child health consultations
  • 5. Distribute  medicines

  • Kakani Community Primary Health Care Center 2nd` to 4th Sep 2024 and Shree Kaule Devi Kakani Brighter Secondary School 2nd` to 4th Sep 2024.

Target Population

  • The health camp targeted rural households in Kakani-5, especially women, children, the elderly, and families with limited access to health facilities.

Challenges Faced

  • Due to higherthan expected attendance at the camp, it was challenging to provide adequate services.

  • Organize regular follow-up visits
  • Include mobile ultrasound services
  • Partner with local health posts for referral systems
