Kakani School Project – October 2025

In October 2025, a group of dedicated volunteers came together to support the Kakani School Project in a small village near Kathmandu, Nepal. The project aimed to build a new classroom to improve learning conditions for local children and strengthen the community’s educational resources.

Volunteers walked several miles through the mountainous village, carrying supplies and gifts to the school. Under the guidance of experienced team leaders, they helped mix concrete, lay bricks, and reinforce the structure—work that was physically demanding but deeply rewarding.

Beyond construction, some volunteers also focused on environmental stewardship, collecting trash along the way and helping maintain the school’s facilities, including a computer lab. Their efforts not only contributed to the project’s immediate success but also set an example for ongoing community care.

The Kakani School Project demonstrates how volunteer efforts can make a lasting difference, supporting education, sustainability, and local culture. Every small contribution helps ensure a brighter future for the children of Kakani, and the generosity of volunteers continues to inspire the community.
